mission We're on the hunt for a Sales Manager who is not just looking
for a job but is on a quest to make a significant impact on our
startup success. This role is designed for someone who is hungry to
take full ownership of their own success and quickly develop from an
individual contributor to a team lead. You will build and manage your
own sales pipeline, work directly with potential customers and work
closely with the founders to lead deals from prospect to win! Step by
step, you will develop into a leadership role, hiring and leading your
own team and making sure your team contributes to our goals. You will
have a critical impact on our business from day one, driving our
topline. If you have the ambition and skills to get your hands dirty
to drive the success of our business, and the knack for detail that
leaves no stone unturned to make us better every day, we're looking
for you! Requirements Your responsibilities: Own and execute your own
pipeline, from lead generation and outreach to demos, negotiations,
and closing. Identify and evaluate potential new customers, according
to sales frameworks such as MEDDIC Communicate with potential new
customers to create interest and identify how our solution can help
solve pain points. Drive and implement new sales strategies, iterate
communication and optimize our sales based on KPIs. Develop from an
individual contributor into a team lead, building and leading your own
team. Implement, optimize and leverage tools such as Hubspot, to
manage KPIs and ensure continous progress and success. What you will
bring 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a strong
preference for candidates with experience in a B2B SaaS startup with
SME focus. Getting-things-done mentality with the ambition to deliver
results. A performance mindset that aligns with our culture of
honesty, trust, openness for feedback, and proactive curiosity.
Structured way of working with an eye for detail, and a number-driven
approach to decision-making. Excellent people skills, with the ability
to work as part of a team, initiate action, and adapt to change.
Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats: getting your hands
dirty on an operational level while setting up and ability to building
and leading a team. You are a strong communicator with very good
written and spoken German (native) and English skills. Proficiency in
sales and tech tools: Hubspot, MS Excel / Google Sheets, Hunter,
