line. Aufgaben We are on the lookout for an influential Sales Director
to spearhead our sales initiatives in Berlin. The successful candidate
will be charged with formulating strategic sales objectives,
broadening our clientele, and propelling financial growth by elevating
sales and cultivating robust client relationships. Craft and execute
innovative sales strategies specific to the European market. Guide our
Berlin-based sales force towards surpassing sales goals. Develop and
maintain strategic relationships with essential stakeholders in
customer accounts. Negotiate and finalize deals with prominent
customers across Europe. Assess performance metrics and propose
enhancements. Forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual
basis. Investigate and pinpoint new prospective customers and market
opportunities in Europe. Deliver prompt and effective solutions that
align with client requirements. Coordinate with Marketing and Product
Development to maintain brand integrity. Keep abreast of new product
introductions and ensure the sales team is informed and prepared.
Qualifikation **Mandatory**: Documented success as a Sales Director
within the cosmetics and dietary supplements sector in Germany.
Expertise in analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Proficiency in CRM software, along with fluency in German and English.
Exceptional communicative abilities. Excellent organizational acumen
with a knack for problem-solving. Willingness to undertake travel
across Europe as necessary. A degree in Business Administration,
