headquarter in Munich , we are looking for a Sales Director/Managing
Director who will be fully responsible for the market expansion and
business growth in EU, which included build-up strong sales force, FAE
and explore new customers, maintain effective relationships with
customers and distributors. Tasks · Define sales strategy and
operational plan in EU, ensure to achieve business targets and sales
goals · Maintain and strengthen existing customers’ relationship,
hunt new customers, identify new opportunities on market, develop and
manage Europe-wide distributors · Recruit, lead and manage
local/regional Sales and FAE teams, providing mentorship and
cultivating talents, forming and integrating team · Decide and
organize the annual activities to be undertaken, plan the fairs and
exhibitions where the Company should be present · Provide data on EU
market needs and trends as one of guidance on product development
Requirements · BS/MS in Electronic Engineering or relevant majors ·
Minimum 10 years’ semiconductor sales experiences and relationship
with strategic customers · Deeply understanding semiconductor
industry competition landscape and EU market trend, being able to
drive actions to gain shares · Deeply understanding the targeted
market like Telecom, industrial and automotive in EU; Distributor
management experience · Ability to drive semiconductor sales flow and
sale technologies to enable effective conversions, and faster
design-in and win cycles · Strong and convincing business leader with
excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills(prefer
charm over tactics of aggression) · Proved experience of building and
leading sales and FAE team · Initiative, drive and enthusiasm;
Strategic thinking and analysis · Be able to travel intensively ·
Fluent in German and English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French are a
plus
