us in revolutionizing healthcare . Tasks As a Sales Development
Representative at Sonia, you will help drive growth and connect with
healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Reaching
out to pre-qualified leads via phone, email, and social platforms
Managing and qualifying inbound leads to build a strong sales
pipeline. Conducting discovery calls to understand prospects' needs
and challenges. Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system for smooth
collaboration and reporting. Monitoring sales metrics to identify
trends and improve processes. Working closely with the sales and
marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversions.
Requirements We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess: Required
Qualifications: Proficiency in both written and spoken German (C2 or
native) and English (C1 minimum). Excellent communication skills with
a confident and professional phone presence. A self-starter mentality
with the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining clean
and accurate data. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Prior experience in
sales, SDR, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus). A Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field. Residency
near our offices for occasional in-person meetings. Benefits
