faster. While manual searches can take several minutes or even hours,
our AI agents provide meaningful and well referenced answers in 30-60
seconds. In deployments of more than 100 employees, we've seen
employees save 3-7 workdays per month per employee. For example, one
of our Fortune 500 customers who started with us in 2024 has already
tripled their account size due to the value they've experienced. Tasks
As an SDR at TextCortex, you'll play a crucial role in our rapidly
expanding sales team, capitalizing on the growing demand for
enterprise AI solutions across Europe. Your primary focus will be on
sourcing new leads, setting meetings with potential clients, and
supporting our inbound channels. Key Responsibilities: Source new
leads using all available channels, including LinkedIn and LinkedIn
Sales Navigator Set up meetings with potential clients Close
beneficial deals for our customers sake Become a power user of our
product to sell with conviction Requirements Our Sales Principles:

that sees us as a trusted partner in their success. Ideal Candidate:
Proven ability to sell and generate interest across multiple channels,
Software sales is a plus but having sold any physical and unique
product in the past is a plus as well. We don’t mind if you sold
specialist design colour to architects or tool boxes to roofing
companies as long as you were exceptional at it Proven track record
beating their quotas Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
especially active listening Self-motivated and results-driven Fluent
in English and German (additional European languages are a plus)
Benefits We offer a flexible base salary with an uncapped 25%
commission on sales above your base. Our SDRs are expected to generate
€300,000 in annual revenue. Our average annual contract values range
from mid-5-figures for professional services to 6-figures for
enterprise deployments in manufacturing, insurance. Making the
calculation means you need 1 to 8 customers in a year to beat that
quota. This quota has been beaten and an extremely driven, competitive
and hungry person is expected to go far beyond. Growth Opportunities:
