Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal
collaborator excels in startup environments, is adept at prioritizing
tasks independently, and embraces calculated risks. We're on a
fast-paced trajectory and are not just seeking individuals to
accompany us on the journey — we're looking for trailblazers. Tasks
You are responsible for the pre-sales process from cold calling to
prospecting and first calls. You identify potential B2B customers in
the SaaS sector in Europe. You are familiar with best practices in
sales, develop new sales strategies, and thereby increase our sales
success. You find new distribution channels and partnership
opportunities to expand our customer base. You conduct research and
find new exciting opportunities to advance our business. You monitor
the market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends. You
define and monitor our KPIs to measure our successes. Requirements You
are a friendly, open-minded, and communicative personality and a loyal
team player. You have several years of experience in sales, preferably
in the B2B SaaS sector. You possess the ability to identify customer
needs and develop tailored solutions. You bring self-motivation and
the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You have experience in
data-driven work and using KPIs for performance measurement. You speak
fluent English and German Please note that this position is preferably
hybrid in Munich/Germany, and we offer relocation. However, we are
