As a Senior React-JS Frontend Web Developer at Flowers, you will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaborationand open communication, as the successful candidate will need to play a key role in working together with the CTO, CEO and senior software architect. Aufgaben Build efficient, testable, and reusable components Develop backend-end applications in collaboration with Back-End Developers Opportunity to manage projects and a small development team Guide younger developers in the team through design reviews, code reviews and mentorship Work with different stakeholders in our team members (DevOps, React Team, CEO) Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges Customize existing applications to fit specific requirements Document the development process, architecture, and standard components Qualifikation Previous working experience as a Front-End ReactJS Developer for at least 5 years. Strong experience with JavaScript Development Team and/or project management experience is considered as a huge plus Strong experience with web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 Strong experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS Proficient understanding cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to overcome them Ability to meet tight deadlines and give accurate time estimates Very good English language skill German language skills are considered as a plus Be able to work on your own initiative and be flexible and focused Benefits Home Office option (up to 50% in standard situation, 100% in urgent situations) Flexibility in working time Three additional vacation days for social projects Be part of the next big thing Regular team events New MacBook Jetbrains Ultimate and other state of the art tools.
