This innovative company, deeply rooted in sustainability and holistic health, is seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse FI/CO Consultant to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's mission by driving SAP-based financial and controlling solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. Position Overview: As an SAP Inhouse FI/CO Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing the company's finance and controlling processes through SAP solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, controlling, and IT, you will design, implement, and maintain SAP FI/CO modules that align with the company's business needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead configuration projects, provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, and support the digital transformation of a forward-thinking company in the natural pharmaceutical Tasks Serve as the internal SAP FI/CO expert, providing end-to-end support for finance and controlling processes. Collaborate with various departments (finance, controlling, supply chain, etc.) to analyze business requirements and implement solutions in SAP FI/CO. Customize and enhance SAP FI/CO functionalities to optimize financial processes such as general ledger accounting, asset accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting. Manage the full life cycle of SAP projects, from gathering requirements, configuring systems, conducting testing, and delivering successful go-lives. Offer day-to-day user support and training to key users within the finance and controlling teams. Work closely with external partners and consultants to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Stay updated on SAP developments and implement best practices within the organization. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Several years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant (in-house or external) with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, including configuration experience and a solid understanding of finance and controlling processes. Experience in integrating SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, or external systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Fluent in German (mandatory) and English (preferred).
