assistant. As an HR assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping
our customers find exciting international job opportunities tailored

variety of tech roles. We help our candidates find a job in Germany,
secure an attractive job offer, obtain a visa and relocate to Germany.
We also support them extensively after relocation, making sure that
everyone gets a smooth start in a new country and on a new job. Our
headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, our team is distributed from
Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates
from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with
ours. Tasks Search and apply for IT job vacancies on various online
platforms, job boards, and professional networks. Assist in creating
and editing CVs and writing tailored cover letters for clients,
ensuring their profiles are presented clearly and effectively. Provide
regular reports to clients on the progress of their job search.
Conduct outreach on LinkedIn, sending messages to potential employers
on behalf of our clients to facilitate interview invitations. Offer
continuous support to our recruiters throughout the process, ensuring
a smooth experience for both recruiters and clients. Requirements A
solid understanding of IT landscape. You know that java is backend and
javascript is frontend. Strong ability to evaluate customers’ skills
and qualifications to match them with the right IT job opportunities.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail for composing
effective CVs and cover letters tailored to specific roles.
Proficiency in using online job search platforms and professional
networking sites like LinkedIn. Strong research skills to find
companies and job openings based on client criteria. A proactive and
self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently or as
part of a team. Experience with Canva/Figma is a plus. Fluent in
English (B2-C1) and Russian (C1). Benefits Flexible work schedule,
