For the EUROPE headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/x) Tasks A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others: Lead the implementation, design and analysis of compensation policies and processes, including but not limited to salary reviews, bonus calculation, incentive plans and benefits Keeping Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures up to date to ensure that they are in line with country laws and Group policies Making recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the company's performance, efficiency or financial status Keeping track of internal and external benchmarks to remain competitive Support the implementation of the international mobility program Requirements You bring along: You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits – preferably in an international environment You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or psychology You enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate in English, German is considered as a plus You have very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs You are a team player, show initiative and want to contribute ideas You are adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations You don't meet every single one of the requirements mentioned and you are not our "purple squirrel"?
