Lead the implementation of innovative digital business models within different industries, markets and contexts. Possess a comprehensive understanding of Digital projects, IT architecture and software development lifecycle. Coordinate internal project teams as well as external partners. Scope project requirements, develop time planning and monitor progress, ensuring deliveries on time and up to quality standards. Drive and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis over delivery of strategic recommendations to support top management decision making. Gather, analyze and present project results to key stakeholders and moderate internal and external workshops. Highlight potential risks and bottlenecks and act proactively to resolve issues. Have the chance to take responsibility for exciting and demanding projects and to actively help shape them in an international and entrepreneurial environment. Was solltest du mitbringen? You have completed your business or engineering/technical studies with above-average success. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and/or strategy and management consulting, in the context of innovation and digital transformation. You have a strong technical background. You are a team player with strong communication skills and a strong client orientation. You have gained initial leadership experience and are familiar with conducting workshops and coaching sessions You are familiar with Agile project management principles and tools (e.g. JIRA) Strong entrepreneurial thinking Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Strong communication skills in English (is a must) and German (preferably).
