For our head office in Freiburg, Germany, we are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the area of public sector support and/or economic development (Entry date 1 April 2025). Tasks Scope of responsibilities and tasks As a Project Manager (PM), you will play a key role in managing our international cooperation projects while also supporting our business development activities. Our approach focuses on fostering a culture of self-responsibility and supporting the professional growth of our staff. As our Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Management of projects (technical and contractual management, financial control) Monitoring and support (technical and administrative) of our international project teams worldwide Providing technical advice upon specific needs of our projects Liaison and networking with clients, implementation partners, service providers worldwide Business development, an important part of the day-to-day work (assessing business opportunities, identifying project teams, preparing technical proposals etc.) Undertaking of project management and business development missions worldwide Contribution to internal knowledge sharing and capitalisation Requirements Academic background: Master’s degree, ideally in Public administration, International development, Political sciences or Economics Professional experience: At least three (3) years of proven project management experience in international cooperation, acquired within an international cooperation agency and/or an internationally operating consultancy firm Additional work or study experience abroad would be a strong asset Soft skills: Strong entrepreneurial spirit Excellent self-organising skills Strong affinity with project management Proven analytical, conceptual and writing skills Strong intercultural and communication skills Languages: English: very good (minimum requirement C1) French: good (minimum requirement B2) IT skills: Strong command of Word and Excel Benefits Why work for Particip?
