Federal Institute for Vaccines and Biomedicines A new job opening is
available in Unit "Centre for International Cooperation, WHO" at the
next possible starting date Project Manager (m/f/d) About the
Paul-Ehrlich-Institut We are a senior federal authority responsible
for vaccines and biomedicines that performs scientific research in the
field of life sciences. Our institute networks with national and
international players which makes it a competent partner for the
general public, science, medicine, politics, and economics. The
"IncreaseNET" project is a project funded by the European Commission
under the 2022 EU4Health programme. The project aims to create a
framework to strengthen the European medicines regulatory network in
order to improve the availability of safe and effective medicines in
the European Union. Medicines authorities and scientific institutions
from all over the European Union are involved in the project. The aim
is to fill identified gaps in the required capacities, competencies
and framework conditions in the European Medicines Regulatory Network
(EMRN). The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut focuses on developing opportunities
to strengthen support for innovative projects from the academic sector
in close cooperation with other project partners. Your key
responsibilities Project organisation and project management Planning,
coordination and monitoring of all project activities Tracking
milestones and goal fulfilment Assumption of responsibilities and
tasks in other project partners' work packages within the framework of
the overall project Ensuring communication with project partners and
stakeholders Planning, organisation, moderation, documentation of as
well as participation in working meetings, workshops and conferences
Preparation and quality-assuring consolidation of project reports and
scientific publications Participation in the conception, analysis and
implementation of additional measures to optimise European and
international cooperation to promote medicines development in the
regulatory field Our essential criteria for applying Graduate-level
degree (master's) in social, political, economic or natural sciences
Experience/training in project management Experience in supporting
international projects Very good written and spoken English Competency
with the Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and Access)
Dedication Independent, well-structured and conscientious working
style Capacity for interdisciplinary cooperation and teamwork External
and internal communication skills Friendly demeanour Please note that

and, furthermore, a declaration will be required pursuant to Section
77a AMG (Arzneimittelgesetz, German Medicines Act). Our offer A

employer in the German public service, we offer the usual social

(m/f/d) will be employed until December 31, 2026. Part-time working is
possible in principle. The payband is E 13 TVöD (Tarifvertrag für
den öffentlichen Dienst, Collective Bargaining Agreement for the
Public Service). The assignment to a payband is made based on the
consideration of your individual professional experience. Disabled
