For our client, an international tech company, we are now hiring for the following position: PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) AI AND CLOUD TRAINING YOUR TASKS Analyze skilling needs and create training plans focused on AI fluency, Copilot for M365, Azure Open AI, and Security, aligned with strategic business goals Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders (end users, developers, executives) throughout their AI journey Communicate complex programs to gain buy-in and use performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to demonstrate value and impact Manage a robust training pipeline, forecasting opportunities and aligning them with strategic priorities Convey key messages to both technical and C-level audiences, emphasizing the value of AI skills investments Lead or contribute to projects, managing timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk Work with stakeholders across teams to design and deliver complex programs Collect and analyze performance metrics to optimize and mitigate risks in programs YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Proven expertise in Microsoft skilling content, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Azure Data and AI, Fabric, and other related technologies Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective skilling strategies Strong organizational and event management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A track record of successful partner engagement and support Strong ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and skilling Fluency in speaking German (mandatory) Fluency in speaking Dutch and/or French (bonus) BENEFITS Working time account with full overtime compensation Attractive employee discounts with numerous top suppliers Insight at a global player in the IT industry INTERESTED?
