Stellenbeschreibung: Your Tasks You are responsible for facilitating communication with the world's largest international DTC companies You act as a liaison between the client and the agency You will support a team of project and account managers in: Monitoring paid social campaign performance and relevant KPIs. Preparing performance reports and review presentations Writing proposals Participating in client meetings Manage various projects, timelines and project deliverables in a timely manner You actively participate in agency sales efforts by: You research new potential clients and leads. You approach them via cold calling (mostly via LinkedIn) You will gather the necessary information for initial calls Assist sales managers with follow-up calls Review and improve the company's sales strategy Your Profile You have successfully completed or are still studying a degree in business administration, marketing, communications or media You have already gained some practical experience, preferably in the field of online marketing You have a hands-on mentality You have strong analytical skills You enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging start-up environment You work independently and are results-oriented with a high motivation to achieve results You are communicative, flexible and open-minded You have excellent oral and written skills in English and German We offer We are one of the few profitable start-ups where you can fully focus on building a long-term sustainable business instead of short-term survival We are a company in absolute growth mode with extremely high ambitions.
