YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You are responsible to manage your product backlog and collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure a seamless and exceptional car rental experience in the Rent Booking funnel You take charge of key features and projects throughout the entire product development cycle, from ideation to launch and post-release analysis, ensuring their success You work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders to create and launch products and features focusing on our objectives You write clear product specifications, optimize conversion funnels, and promote a culture of experimentation by encouraging A/B testing of new ideas and features You effectively communicate roadmaps, benefits, KPIs, and results to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization YOUR SKILLS MATTER You successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Media Management, Digital Media or similar and already gained experience in Project or Product Management You are passionate about launching user-focused digital products coordinating projects end-to-end You know your way around JIRA, Confluence and / or Figma With a keen eye for detail, very structured way of working and your "make it happen" attitude, you know how to drive projects forward You have excellent communication skills in English and it's easy for you to communicate complex technical topics across all organizational levels WHAT WE OFFER Work-life balance Enjoy 30 days of vacation and up to 50% remote work, including up to 30 days per year in European countries (EU, CH & UK), as well as flexible working hours Office Perks Stay active and healthy with our modern SIXT Gym, and various recreational activities, including a gaming area and the SIXT choir.
