We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Product Owner" (m/f/d) Your tasks: - Understand how to operate with Epics, Capabilities, Features, Stories & Defects - Refine backlog items, drafting stories and tasks the team can estimate and execute on - Establish order of backlog items based on given priorities and dependencies to other teams of the ART - Verify readiness of backlog items (stories, defects, features) for acceptance. Ensure completed backlog items follow defined (quality) standards in terms of documentation, testing and DevOps best practices - Participate and facilitate recurring ceremonies like Product Increment Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Standup et al. - Collaborate with Product Managers & Product Owners of ART teams, software vendors, development teams, Airbus departments providing central services (e.g. storage, network, OS et al.) - Contribute to long-term roadmap planning in collaboration with Product Management, outlining a vision spanning multiple PIs - Challenge assignment of tasks by Product Mgmt. to own team Your profile: - Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification - Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT and project management - Very good knowledge of project management - Basic knowledge of process management and IT change management - Good knowledge of Unix, Windows, Java and SQL - First knowledge of Python and Agility - Fluent in English - Experienced knowledge of German We offer you: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations - fleixible working hours and partly home office - Innovative and leading companies like Airbus Operations, Airbus Aerostructures, Airbus Defence & Space, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Helicopters and the aerospace supply industry Interested?
