Stellenbeschreibung: Einleitung We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team. Your responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Ultimately, you’ll help us roll-out products that deliver our company’s vision. Aufgaben Collaborate with Product leadership to develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog Partner with clients, development, operations, external partners, and cross-functional leaders to identify, build and measure features and functionality that meet business goals Define product functionality and write detailed User Stories/Epics with empathy for the end user that help engineers build with a clear end goal in mind Provide scope for a release and define release timing and strategy Work with the team to define each sprint plan, review completed work, and accept/reject results. This person is highly available to the team Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined software development process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams and clients Qualifikation Demonstrated interest in technologies and customer-driven design At least 3 years of work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management Independent thinker who’s organized, has great attention to detail, and can multi-task Strong analytical, problem-solving/quantitative skills Willing to take risks, experiment, and share fresh perspectives Proficient in Agile Tools like Jira and Confluence Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present ideas clearly Agile/SAFe methodologies and previous product experience are pluses A degree in Economics or technical education Professional Scrum certifications like PSPO is a plus Fluent knowledge of both English and German language Benefits Exciting and varied activities in an innovative and international environment Various possibilities for co-creation (processes, tools, architectures) A laid back environment for creative work in a highly motivated and talented team Flexible working hours and the possibility for working from home A decent salary and team events Laundry service Free drinks (coffee, tea, juices, water) Further development opportunities (e.g. trainings) Noch ein paar Worte zum Schluss Get in touch with us, we are looking forward to your application!
