You are an experienced and ambitious Senior Product Manager and want to shape our technological landscape? Perfect, then let’s lift our ERP and backend systems to the next level together! This is your role: Closely work with your team to strategically advance our ERP and develop it into the central internal data platform by involving all relevant stakeholders at Plantura. Take ownership of identifying use cases, solving functional issues, and developing smart features based on insights. You will also take specific responsibility for individual modules of our ERP. In collaboration with your colleagues, plan and implement a prioritized development roadmap, leading projects from start till end with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure system stability and scalability while continuously identifying clever solutions to increase system performance. Advance process automation and develop efficient interfaces between our ERP and related systems in the back and front end, such as our app or user accounts, with internal and external partners. What you bring Several years of in-depth ERP product management experience in a digital environment with direct product responsibility, and a deep understanding of systemic product development. Proficient in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments. A knack for numbers & Excel, and technical understanding that enables you to make informed decisions quickly. Strong communication and prioritization skills. Significant experience in Python or SQL and working with open source ERPs such as Odoo are a strong plus. Minimum C1 in written and spoken English is mandatory; German knowledge not obligatory, but a plus. Why Plantura?
