Your Responsibilities Assist in leading the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team Participate in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design team Your Profile 3+ years of experience in product design Solid understanding of business and product metrics Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approach Proficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality Skilled in various design tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products Our Benefits At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
