To support our Agent Platform Team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a Product Designer (f/m/d)* with immediate effect (40 hours). Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire product development with main focus on our Agent Platform, while also being a valuable sparring partner for our product managers and developers. Tasks that let you grow You will empower the cross-functional product team to deliver a best-in-class user experience, while also enabling users to achieve their goals by creating a best-in class user-centric experience . Will to use iteration and constant optimization to achieve higher quality on each step. You will become responsible for our Agent platform product teams when it comes to UX & UI. Participate, prepare and follow-up user research in collaboration with the user research and business strategy team. You leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, translating insights into product design concepts. Maintain consistency and quality standards across products. Your profile that inspires us You will bring 2-3 years of experience in digital product design. Solid research skills and the ability to design autonomously in an agile work environment. You pay attention to detail and willingness to go untrodden paths. Good skills in using Figma or a comparable tool. Experienced in working with design systems, and proficient in the use of usability testing and user research tools. Very good communication skills in German and English.
