maintain comprehensive tracking plans to ensure precise data
collection, refining the tracking process in collaboration with
engineers and product managers for proper implementation Segment users
into cohorts based on behavior or characteristics and track cohort
performance over time to understand life cycle stages Analyze product
usage data to identify trends and patterns, offering strategic
recommendations based on the insights Address data-related inquiries
from stakeholders by providing clear and actionable insights Evaluate
the impact of new or existing features on user engagement and
retention Assist in the design and execution of experiments aimed at
testing growth hypotheses Analyze experiment results to assess their
effectiveness and draw meaningful conclusions Requirements Bachelor's
degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field 2-3
years of experience in data or product analytics Proficient with
analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) Strong SQL skills for data
extraction and manipulation Experience with event-based analytics and
tracking plan creation Familiarity with A/B testing and
experimentation tools Ability to assess feature impact on user
engagement and retention Effective collaboration with engineers,
product managers and marketers Excellent communication skills for
non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and attention to
detail Self-motivated with multitasking abilities Continuous learning
