Ihre Aufgaben
- Manage the CEO's agenda and emails, prioritizing tasks, and
gathering necessary information for decision-making
- Anticipate and define needs related to the CEO's schedule,
including pre-briefings and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external
stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication
- Oversee travel logistics and itineraries for the CEO
- Maintain and update distribution lists regularly
- Handle logistics and support for events, webinars, and other online
or in-person gatherings
- Manage the flow of internal and external communications, including
preparing memos for the CEO's signature
- Perform office administrative duties, including phone handling,
meeting administration, HR tasks, and managing office supplies
Unsere Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
preferred
- Completed commercial training or equivalent, with several years of
experience in a secretarial/assistant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint, with detailed knowledge of
Google tools
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French or Spanish
advantageous
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of teamwork and
collaboration
- High level of stress resistance and discretion in handling
confidential information
- Strong interest in the aviation industry
- Committed to fostering positive working relationships and acting as
a facilitator within the team and with stakeholders
