unlock their true style. As the Payments Product Manager (all genders)
, you will own and drive the end-to-end strategy, development, and
optimization of our payments solutions. You will be responsible for
managing both the commercial and product aspects of our payments
products, ensuring they meet our customers' needs while aligning with
our business objectives. Your tasks: Commercial Strategie: Develop and
execute a strategic roadmap for payments products to enhance user
experience and drive business growth. Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) such as payment success rates, transaction costs,
and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and
Customer Support teams to optimize payments costs, payment acceptance
rates, and operational efficiency. Analyze payment trends and customer
behavior to identify growth opportunities. Product & Technologie: Lead
the development of payment solutions by working closely with
cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Design.
Collaborate with third-party payment providers and gateways to
integrate new payment methods and features. Ensure a seamless and
secure checkout experience across all platforms. Your profile:
Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the payments
industry, preferably in e-commerce, or fintech environments. Language:
Excellent English skills and good German skills (B2 or better) Product
Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing payment products
with a focus on both customer experience and business outcomes.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to analyze business metrics,
identify trends, and create strategies to optimize revenue. Technical
Knowledge: Familiarity with payment technologies, APIs, gateways, and
security protocols. While coding skills are not required, the ability
to work effectively with tech teams is essential. Data-Driven Decision
Maker: Experience using data to drive decision-making, with
proficiency in analytics tools and A/B testing. Project Management
Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment. Collaborative Leader: Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills to build strong relationships with diverse
stakeholders. Innovative Thinker: Passion for staying updated on
industry trends and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
