This is your new challenge: Responsible for initial sample inspection, sampling of products and material management Inspection of equipment parameters and inspection of key equipment mechanisms Inspection of operational specifications and inspection of process critical projects Review of MES production system data Inspection of temperature and humidity data as well as inspection of workshop cleanliness data Responsible for quality warning inspection, non-conforming product management, clearance of the production lines and qualification of the machines Checking the work qualifications of production personnel Detection and solution of quality problems on site at the production lines: - Performing inspections according to a checklist and documentation - Provide feedback to the relevant department after identification of the issues and follow up on the results - Participation in a standard problem solving strategy and continuous improvement process Risk management: - Identifying potential quality risks in the production process, reporting back to the relevant departments and initiating improvement actions to avoid quality risks - Upholding the production process at the site - Participation in regular meetings for quality response plans and improvement mechanisms in production - Evaluation and monitoring of processes These are your previous achievements: Completed education in a technical field first working experience in quality control / quality availability to work at least in three shifts High level of commitment and initiative, quality awareness, resilience and ability to work in a team Solution-oriented, reliable, conscientious work and a high willingness to learn Friendly and open manner towards international colleagues and good communication skills in English Our promise to you: Permanent employment contract with diverse future prospects in a growing company Annual bonus payments (Christmas bonus and variable performance bonus) Group accident insurance that covers you professionally and privately 24 hours/day Attractive employee-recruit-employee program International working environment in which teamwork is very important
