Das dürfen Sie erwarten - Attractive salary based on the BAP/DGB collective agreement - Possibility to work remotely 80 % of the time - On-site training - Challenging projects and diverse tasks in an international environment - Use of the Randstad App (leave requests online, payroll viewable at any time and much more) - Attractive social benefits, such as vacation and Christmas bonuses - Free online courses, e.g. "German as a foreign language" - A wide range of employee benefits/perks Ihre Aufgaben - Be accountable to provide consultation on low complexity topics to support Biostatistics and Data Sciences Value creation needs by partnering with BDS members, external suppliers, and other members outside of BDS to turn operational insight into action and by recommending and implementing solutions and driving alignments - Cultivate operational excellence for BDS Value Creation and consistent and harmonized capabilities across BDS through support, consultation and development of creative solutions, creation of framework materials to empower all BDS members in their operational topics and execution of defined service packages which support speed and value in the clinical development life cycle - Identify problems, develop solutions, and follow through with resolution - Implement and oversee focused work packages by establishing and continuously improving service teams - Interact with various other functions and roles within and outside of BDS contributing to and/or having operational impact regarding BDS Value Creation including colleagues from all areas of Medicine, as well as Information Technology Unsere Anforderungen - Master´s degree with focus on Life Sciences, Business Administration or similar with experience, can be replaced by high-quality/multifaceted professional qualifications with relevant professional experience - Good experience in project management and business analysis - Good knowledge in and experience within pharmaceutical industry and business operations, which may include business architecture/business process modeling as well as system and process release management - Knowledge in clinical trial research and basic medical terminology - Fluency in English in speaking and writing - Excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities, negotiation skills, time management skills and initiative required - Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary project teams and proactively manage relationships with external vendors required
