Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in business operations and office management in the automotive sector. You will assist with a range of office-related tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the team in multiple capacities. We are looking for an intern to join our team for 4 to 6 months that must speak English. German and Italian are a big plus. About WDS Automotive: Walter De Silva Automotive is a boutique design studio led by renowned automotive designer Walter De Silva. With a focus on elegance and timelessness, the firm is dedicated to crafting high-quality, performance-driven vehicles that marry classic Italian craftsmanship with modern engineering. As a smaller studio, we pride ourselves on offering a personalized approach, creating bespoke designs that reflect a deep passion for both craftsmanship and innovation. Our goal is to shape the future of mobility with designs that stand the test of time, tailored for a discerning and thoughtful audience. Tasks Responsibilities: Office Supplies Management: Track office inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly. Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, set up meetings, and arrange conference calls for team members. Filing and Documentation: Organize physical and digital files to maintain a well-structured and easily accessible system. Handling Correspondence: Respond to emails, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Assisting with Presentations: Help prepare materials, slide decks, or documents for internal and external meetings. Travel Arrangements: Research and book flights, hotels, and transportation for team members as needed. Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing internal events, such as team gatherings or small company meetings. Research Tasks: Conduct research for various needs, such as sourcing vendors, pricing options, or other operational matters. Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors, coordinate meeting room setup, and ensure a welcoming office environment. Running Errands: Assist with occasional errands, such as picking up or dropping off items for the office. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. English is required Italian is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
