office in Munich, Solinteg is seeking a reliable and experienced
Office Manager to support our business in Europe. Aufgaben
Responsibilities: · Responsible for the office management of Solinteg
GmbH, the counterpart being the colleagues in charge based in China ·
Responsible for proper compliance with labor contracts, salary payment
administration, social security, employee protection, the working
Hours act, maternity and parental leave, and other
human-resource-related tasks · Overall responsibility for recruitment
activity and campaigns · Overall responsibility for office management
· Plan, prepare, and execute marketing activities in Europe, incl.
the organization of various international exhibitions, events,
training, etc. · Coordinating and implementing promotional campaigns
with sales and customers · Assuring smooth office operations
Qualifikation Qualifications: · At least 3-5 years of work experience
in office management · University degree or equivalent preferably in
Business Administration · Excellent analytical skills and excel at
solving problems · Ability to work independently and handle multiple
projects at the same time · Very strong communication and
organizational skills · Good language skills in English and German
