- About us At Armz we aim to be the quickest and most reliable workforce

German market. We are looking for someone take over our administrative
agenda and support local management. Tasks 1. Office Management:
Communicate daily with various government offices. Oversee and
maintain the organization of office operations and procedures. Manage
office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. 2.
Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute correspondence,
reports, and presentations. Manage incoming and outgoing
communications, including emails and calls. Organize and maintain
filing systems, both digital and physical. Handle travel arrangements
and expense reports. 3. Team Collaboration: Serve as the point of
contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with onboarding
new employees and maintain personnel records. Profile Required: Proven
experience in an office management, administrative assistant, or
similar role. German language proficiency is essential for daily
communication with government offices and local stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) and/or Google Workspace for document preparation,
communication, and scheduling. Strong organizational and
time-management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple
tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage
various forms of communication, including emails and phone calls.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. Preferred: English language proficiency for international
communication. Driving license is beneficial for handling
transportation and travel arrangements. Experience in Business
Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred to
