Aufgaben YOUR MISSION As Officer Manager - Accounting focus (m/f/x) you are responsible for the overall office management and accounting tasks. You are responsible for the smooth running of our office and play a key role in shaping the further development of it. In this role you will Handle general telephone and correspondence and perform administrative assistant tasks Be responsible for file and record keeping, office organization, and meeting coordination and organization Procurement, management and dispensing of office supplies and consumables (contact for service providers, invoice verification) Perform preparatory accounting, dunning and controlling tasks Process bank statements, post incoming and outgoing payments Assist in the preparation of quotations and invoices Monitor various statistics Control and contact for facility management Qualifikation THAT IS WHAT YOU BRING ALONG Completed administrative training Professional experience in the field of qualified administrative clerical work and assistance Organizational talent as well as an independent and structured way of working High level of personal responsibility, quality awareness and commitment Confident communication with people from all levels Friendly and confident appearance High level of self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking Fluent in written and spoken German and English Confident handling of MS Office programs (esp.
