A newly established global unit called Digital Farming has been created within Yara to use digital solutions to help us achieve this goal. We are building solutions for farmers, constructing hardware and sensors, crunching satellite data, applying artificial intelligence, and turning research results into solutions. Our team are made of designers, software engineers, hardware developers, data scientists, solution managers and product owners. The success of Digital Farming and its solutions is a key priority within Yara, and we plan to significantly grow our global business presence in this field. In this context we are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience driving growth in the digital environment and handling both internal and external business communication. This role will be responsible for localizing and executing the commercial roll-out, moving the needle on central KPIs. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, has the ability to connect product capabilities to customer insights and needs, generating buzz about existing and new product lines. Tasks •Plan & coordinate marketing & PR activities in collaboration with regional and central teams, overseeing execution and optimization across multiple channels based on needs and efficiency •Work with a cross-functional teams and external agencies/resources in the creation of messaging/content and marketing assets across all channels (digital/offline) •Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects •Develop and retain internal stakeholder relationships across different European regions, provide in-depth information to interested stakeholders •Track marketing and sales data, analyze and communicate relevant KPIs to stakeholders •Help to adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback Requirements •A very good understanding of agriculture, farming, and precision agriculture •5+ years of experience in marketing •Deep understanding of digital marketing and a track record of running successful growth initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns •Exceptional written and spoken German and English language skills •A university degree in agronomy, marketing, business, or other relevant academic discipline Benefits •The opportunity to shape an organization in its early stage •To directly impact on products that provide real value to farmers and industries based on an honest business model •An unlimited working contract and a very competitive remuneration •A flexible yet stable environment in the newly founded digital unit of a global company •Flexible working hours and support for part time working models •Support for personal development, trainings, conferences and continuous learning •To choose your own preferred hardware (CYOD) Closing As a global organization we actively strive to reflect the diversity in society.
