Your tasks.... ...involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Cybersecurity team (Blue Team) with 4 team members. You will implement upcoming development projects according to the guidelines of the V-Model and Automotive SPICE. You and your team will defend against Red Team cyberattacks, develop strategies, and take measures to enhance the security of embedded software systems. This includes task allocation within the group and coordinating collaboration with other teams. Your responsibilities also include contributing to cost estimates, effort assessments, investment needs, and risk evaluations. You bring solid professional experience in the area of embedded software and cybersecurity. Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience.
