This includes the structured implementation of development tasks according to defined processes. You assist with effort estimations and investment planning. Furthermore, you maintain and expand your network of customer and supplier contacts. You create personnel planning to ensure that the necessary and suitable personnel resources are available for task fulfillment. You stay up to date with the continuous development of your team, including conducting development and feedback discussions. What you bring on the table It starts with a degree or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience in software integration or are interested in learning this area. Knowledge of relevant planning tools is an advantage. Your team skills are complemented by a high level of initiative and self-motivation. You are characterized by a reliable work ethic, a high level of commitment, and a logical and structured approach to tasks. Proficiency in English is advantageous.
