Aufgaben Ensuring appropriate and efficient accounting processes in all sub-ledgers of the Group. Ensuring global tax compliance in close co-ordination with our Group Tax Manager and our local tax advisors. Coordinate the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements together with the team. Active involvement in the Senior Finance Team activities, a.o. discuss and develop the Finance strategy and drive the relevant initiatives of the Finance Roadmap. Be the main contact person for our auditors. Coordination of tasks related to tax audits. Cash Management, organization of the regular payment run and administration of bank accounts (set-up, accesses, authorizations, etc.). Qualifikation Professional qualification as a CPA, tax advisor, or similar certification is advantageous. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. First experience in leading accounting teams and in international accounting. In-depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards (IFRS, German GAAP). Experience with German and international tax regulations and compliance requirements. Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and conducting tax audits. Knowledge of cash management organization and bank account management. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Focused on process management, including the ability to streamline and optimize accounting and tax processes. Confident and proficient in using ERP systems, with no hesitation in navigating and utilizing their accounting modules. Effective communication skills with various stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities. Detail-oriented with high problem-solving skills. High self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus.
