An interesting opportunity for an experienced controller that has two strengths: great understanding and passion for FP&A and on the other hand understanding how to be a great business partner. Aufgabengebiet Budget planning within Central Europe with a focus on FP&A Business controlling and preparation of monthly results Creation of monthly reporting packages for senior management and investors Monitoring and development of performance indicators Support in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, including planning/forecasting for all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Leading forecasting & budgeting processes Support of regional finance units to provide guidance and support in reporting Support for various finance and operational functions throughout the company Assistance in the implementation of the global consolidation, reporting, and planning system Ad-hoc analyses as needed Support for financial projects, process improvements and standardisation, as well as automation Anforderungsprofil Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with a focus on finance or controlling and accounting 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or group controlling/finance with a similar focus Experience in a similar international role Experience in a multinational corporation Experience in budgeting and forecasting for full profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow calculations, working capital, FTEs Experience in monthly reporting Strong business partner qualities in dealing with various stakeholders within the company, up to senior management Excellent communication skills, proactive personality Experience with ERP applications, ideally with SAP/R3 Proficient in MS Office Familiarity with consolidation systems (Oracle/Hyperion HFM or OneStream preferred, but Navision, Lucanet, and Tagetik are also suitable) Business fluent in English; German skills are a plus The position is also open to non-German speakers!
