team! We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join us on this exciting
journey! Your mission As our Legal Counsel at Prewave, you will…
Take ownership of all legal and contractual matters related to the
acquisition of new customers Conduct legal negotiations with potential
customers and set up contracts, taking into account technical and
business requirements Provide proactive and business-focused legal
advice as well as transaction support across different departments
Support our Legal Team in optimizing internal processes, oversee the
expansion of and manage our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
platform Coordinate, if necessary, external legal support Your profile
Must haves 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel, 2+ years working
with a SaaS product Law degree from an Austrian or German university
Proficiency in contract, commercial, intellectual property, copyright
and data protection law Understanding of SaaS-related concepts and
technical acumen Organizational skills and ability to work
independently Strong negotiation and client interaction skills
Collaborative spirit and interest for a start-up environment Fluency
in German and English, both written and spoken Valid work permit for
Austria Bonus points for Knowledge of emerging AI and ESG regulations.
Proficiency in additional European languages. Programming skills What
we offer you An extensive compensation package The minimum earning
(salary and bonus) for this role is EUR 41.000 gross per year, however
the higher packages are possible based on your qualifications and
