You know exactly which hard and soft skills our Operations colleagues need in order to excel in their roles. You feel at home in our international and dynamic environment, and work closely with HR as well as your colleagues in Operations. You’re personally motivated to continuously learn and develop, and are passionate about passing this on to our employees! Your tasks Organise in-person training planning & logistics Send communications to participants & team leads Deliver on-site trainings, such as workshops, leadership trainings and many more Provide aftercare to participants & team leads Track impact, analyse feedback & identify improvements About you Finished Bachelor’s degree 2+ yrs working experience, during which you have delivered in-person trainings and worked in/closely with Operations Fluency in German and full working proficiency in English Strong passion for L&D and desire to grow its impact within Picnic Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Collaborator: you easily build networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact Willing to travel to different locations to gather information and implement projects Picnic perks 30 days holidays next to the public holidays,Laptop, Phone Huge opportunity to create impact in a dynamic and international environment Free breakfast, lunch, fruits and snacks in all picnic locations Deutschland Ticket
