Your responsibilities Cell culture of cancer cell lines and primary cancer cells Mid/High throughput CRISPR KO and RNAi assays RNA/DNA/Protein extraction and Western blot Transformation, Miniprep, Maxiprep Lab management tasks such as receiving and inventory of laboratory consumables Draft SOPs Preparation and aliquoting of media and reagents Preparation of lab consumables (e.g. coating of cell culture vessels) Cleaning and maintenance of laboratory instruments Coordination of maintenance for laboratory instruments with service contracts.
