Manager for France, you will manage the development of turnover and
profitability growth for Cosmo Group, build partnerships and enhance
brand's image within a portfolio of beauty accounts in France
(retailers, perfumeries, department stores, supermarkets,
distributors, wholesalers, etc.). Tasks What will you do? To define
and implement a strategy for the growth of existing accounts and the
introduction of new accounts. To collaborate with these accounts and
Cosmo Group teams to build a joint yearly business plan and sales
strategy to achieve all Cosmo Group commercial objectives within the
portfolio. This includes Sell-In, Sell-Out, Marketing, Training,
Events, Promo offers, Social Media, etc. To deliver with each Account
a marketing plan presentation, budget planning, product listing,
pricing structure and space negotiation. To conduct a regular business
review with these accounts, review sales and forecast to increase
distribution and market share. To undertake a consistent follow-up to
action and to dedicate time to these accounts to build and strengthen
long-term business relationships with them. To liaise internally with
the Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, and Operations teams of Cosmo
Group to ensure implementation of new launches and smoothness within
day-to-day operations. To work closely with and report directly to the
Country Manager with constant business update including industry
trends, consumer and market insights, competitor analysis, sales
report, etc. Requirements What we want from you: Experience in Beauty,
Fashion or Luxury within the French market. Contacts within Beauty
retailers in France including buyers and/or other key decision makers.
Fluent in French and English. Role based in France, remotely
nationwide with preference in Paris. Commercial savvy, great
negotiator, analytical, entrepreneurial minded, self-sufficient,
