Our Client a global leading German bank is looking for a Junior Product Manager Tasks Oversee the technical management of the App Collaborate closely with the IT development team, external partners, and management Identify user needs and issues to design user-friendly processes and appealing interfaces Focus on optimizing the user experience Develop comprehensive concepts integrating backend and app functionalities Create user stories Make decisions based on user data, customer feedback, and usability testing Manage the entire end-to-end process for app development Ensure a seamless go-live by thoroughly testing the app Profile University degree in business or IT (e.g., business administration, business informatics, or similar) Some experience in developing digital products Empathetic and understands user needs, focused on user-centered design (UX/UI Design) Creative problem solver who enjoys working in agile teams Initial experience in creating mock-ups and prototypes (e.g., Figma or UXPin) Fluent in written and spoken German We offer We are always growing and offer long-term career opportunities for our colleagues.
