This platform will allow people to learn, exchange ideas, share their knowledge and meet like-minded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field. The first building block will be the 2025 Life Summit conference. Tasks We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Operations Manager to work directly with the founders. Task include: Take on a wide(!) range of responsibilities! Set up processes, interview and hire interns, help build the webpage and social media presence, support other departments, coordinate with different teams, manage administrative tasks, etc., etc Help run the day-to-day with the founders, taking initiative and performing various tasks as needed to get the conference off the ground, including logistics, coordination, and any other necessary activities. Requirements Prior experience in operations, business development, consulting, or similar Excellent English written and spoken, German is a plus Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
