Experience the digital revolution of the healthcare system first hands as our new Junior IT Admin (f/m/d). Tasks Plan and implementation of solutions that helps department to use technology profitably Monitor and manage resources to ensure IT resources are sufficient to meet our current, future business, and performance requirements Implement and improve the company´s operational guideline for IT management. Including: Network setup, security, and access control Periodic Backups Capacity Management Product environment settings Business continuity management Documentation of IT tools and procedures Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency Analysis and evaluation of information security events Collection incident evidence for proper and concrete security risk evaluation Identification of the solutions to eliminate any incidents reported Responsible for the management of cloud-based servers located on cloud service provider Apply ONCARE´s mission statement and quality policy and enthusiastically exhibit a desire to see ONCARE suceed Apply a sense or urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion Protect operations by keeping information confidential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a similar technical degree in a relevant engineering discipline At least 1-3 years of professional experience Experience in customer service/ IT helpdesk Very good knowledge in Microsoft 365 with focus on Sharepoint Experience with Mac-administration and Apple-Support You have advanced Linux system administration experience (Ubuntu) Experience with NGINX Experience with ansible Experience with modern monitoring, alerting and logging technologies (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Splunk, PagerDuty, CloudWatch) Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, etc.) Knowledge in version control systems (GIT) Good knowledge in Docker, Shell scripting You are a team-oriented and reliable character, who is able to work under pressure Self-organizational skills Fluent in English Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based growth Central located office with plenty of lunch options Personalized onboarding experience Global team shaping the future of healthcare Team events Coffee and tea stations for daily recharge Employee discounts Networking opportunities with sister companies (sqanit & CONVIEN) for professional growth Closing Contribute to the digitalization of healthcare and take visionary step into the future with us!
