Key Responsibilities Manage the preliminary recording and approval of incoming invoices Set up payments weekly Post receivables, payables and bank transactions into the accounting system DATEV Support account reconciliation Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at both individual and group levels Gain deep insights into the accounting of our corporate group, expanding your knowledge Prepare month-end transactions for the Japanese subsidiary (no Japanese skills are needed) Bring to the team Hold a completed commercial apprenticeship or pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance Bring practical experience in accounting and have worked with DATEV or comparable ERP system Demonstrate an independent, diligent, and efficient working style, paired with strong teamwork skills Excellent in MS Excel Good German and English language skills, both spoken and written Even if you don’t check all the boxes, we are happy to receive your CV.
