What can you expect? You lead, mentor, and manage AIoT engineering teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions You identify skill gaps and implement training programs You collaborate with product management to define and execute the product roadmap, set objectives, prioritize tasks, and manage resources to ensure timely delivery You promote best engineering practices, including agile methodologies and automated testing You provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with technology standards and oversee IoT system development to ensure scalability, reliability, and security You work closely with product management, operations, and hardware engineering teams to ensure effective communication and remove obstacles What should you bring along? You have 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering (coding, software development) and 5+ years of post-graduation work experience, with 1+ years in people management You have experience in product engineering or R&D, and technical leadership or people management and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field You are experienced with Python or proficient in another object-oriented language, with an interest in learning and developing software using Python as the main programming language You have hands-on experience with Linux, are comfortable working in the command line and using GNU tools, and are experienced with the client-server model You are proficient in Git and have experience with a unit test framework and Docker What do we offer?
