Tasks You will work directly with the owners and management of our investments and learn from highly competent managers, first-class advisors, and experienced investment professionals. And you will build up an excellent network. In addition, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the success of our portfolio companies through co-investments. Your activities as part of the investment team are varied. You will take responsibility and be responsible for all parts of the transactions: Sector analysis, screening of new investment opportunities, and analysis of business models. Modelling and evaluating investment opportunities and attractive target companies. Preparation of purchase bids/LOIs and contract negotiations Requirements Outstanding academic degree from a reputable university or business school. 2-3 years of relevant transaction experience in private equity, management consulting, and/or investment banking Excellent analytical skills in terms of evaluating markets and business models Highest level of social competence, "hands-on" mentality, and modesty, both in dealing with external consultants as well as in the medium-sized company environment. It is important to you to work in a team with your positive attitude, your integrity, and your willingness. You are always open to new and better solutions and strive for continuous development. You also show great commitment in your free time, and you set yourself high goals.
