Aufgaben In this role, you will support the Finance and Operations teams with your daily tasks and maintain tracking of all financial transactions. Specifically, you will: all financial transactions. Specifically, you will: Complete administrative tasks, filling out, drafting documents and data entry. Prepare monthly reports for management and client presentations Promote operational efficiencies across the finance team Assist the cost control team with reporting, budget monitoring and invoice control You will actively support the finance team in monitoring incoming payments You create ad hoc analyses and support the optimization of our databases You develop ideas for the improvement of existing processes on your responsibility Qualifikation You are studying business administration, mathematics, or preferably a comparable course of study with a focus on finance and controlling You have gained some practical experience through internships or working student activities You have a good understanding of numbers, a good grasp of concepts and analytical thinking You have good Office skills and very good Excel skills You have a very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
