They offer a comprehensive range of solutions for municipalities, businesses, and individuals, including waste collection, recycling, and disposal. Aufgabengebiet Conduct process and compliance audits across our CEE countries Analyze and evaluate processes in terms of legality, efficiency, risks, and controls Test processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to internal and external requirements Document and communicate audit results to process owners and management Develop recommendations to improve controls, procedures, and business practices Monitor the implementation of audit findings Anforderungsprofil Successfully completed university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a similar field Professional experience in internal auditing, with a proven ability to conduct audits independently Self-motivation, proactive work style, and the ability to collaborate in an international environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech or Slovak Strong MS Office skills (Office 365, especially Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Willingness to travel within CEE countries (potentially once a month) Driver's license Vergütungspaket A diverse range of tasks and the opportunity to work in an international environment Attractive remuneration and benefits Individual development opportunities A collaborative and appreciative work environment with an open corporate culture Flexible working hours (flextime model) Home-office options Employee discounts and other benefits Company events For this position, a gross annual salary of €65,000 is offered.
