Stellenbeschreibung: Take off with us! We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Integration Test Engineer" (m/f/d). Your tasks: - Assessment of test requests and refinement together with the design team - Liaison with test experts from different test departments, like Propulsion Testing, Energy Testing, Flight Testing - Identification of instrumentation requirements in relation to aircraft, system and sub-system specifications - Design and develop custom test equipment for data acquisition, measurement, failure injection etc. including creation of procedures and documentation - Evaluate test concepts with idealization of physical effects and first-principle reasoning - Develop complex test rigs and setups and coordinate our support teams (software, mechanical & electrical CAD, technicians & electricians). This will involve managing key suppliers - Ownership of E-Motor Test Benches and critical Powertrain Distribution Units aboard one of most critical Integration Test Benches - Take the ownership of critical aspects of the system verification cycle - Perform the test execution with automated test tools and measurement equipment for verification and validation activities - Evaluation of test reports and the test results - Creation of Failure Analysis Reports/defect reporting when required - Report and discuss test results with the system development team - Work on any ad hoc related tasks or projects provided by management Your profile: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Aerospace, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics or a related field required - At least 3-5 years of Testing experience - Good knowledge and experience with multi-kW electrical machines and drives is beneficial - Experience in HV System Integration Lab is desirable - Good to have knowledge of standard ARINC 661, ARINC 653, ARINC 664 - Experience in test & test rig instrumentation, test execution & data processing - Experience and knowledge in electrical and communication architectures - Good understanding of network protocols like, CAN, ARINC, RS422/485, UART, ethernet - Good understanding of mechatronics basics on sensors, actuators and controller systems - High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomous - Target-oriented, driven work style with analytic problem-solving skills required - Fluent English language skills are essential, Fluent German or any other language would be beneficial We offer you: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations - fleixible working hours and partly home office - Innovative and leading companies like Airbus Operations, Airbus Aerostructures, Airbus Defence & Space, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Helicopters and the aerospace supply industry Interested?
