Stellenbeschreibung: Intro We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Telesales and Upsales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the team from 5 to up to 40 sales professionals, driving performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ambition to grow within the company. Tasks Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales and upsales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive performance. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Identify training and development needs and provide coaching to team members. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely to develop long-term strategies. Requirements Proven experience in a telesales or sales role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the company. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Fluent in German and English.
