Ensure a seamless SAP Service process landscape, for example, integrating SAP modules like MM, SD, and PM, or utilizing cloud products. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units. Support the implementation of systems and processes within a global corporate structure. Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders. Promote a data-driven approach to process management. Opportunity to take on the role of Product Owner in the IT Service area. Profile Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business informatics, business administration or similar fields. Several years of experience in working with SAP systems, especially in the field of Service. In-depth knowledge of SAP CS. Know-how in automation as well as the ability to expand digital technologies such as IoT / smart glasses. Strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
